MPHO is a highly skilled human capital specialist, with more than 30 years’ experience. She has an MBA from the UK-based DeMontfort University. Her career has developed over the years covering various industries including, mining, health, education, training, and finance. She has certification in OD-ETDP as well as a Train the Trainer Diploma from the International Labour Organisation (ILO, Turin). Furthermore, her qualifications as a health practitioner in nursing (Hon BA. Cur, BA. Cur, Diploma) coupled with her management skills saw her managing the Carletonville Home Based Care Community Centre that was funded by Anglo American, this allowed her the opportunity to effectively utilise her skills to involve the community and improve the conditions of the members of the communities that she served.
In her role at Rand Mutual Assurance (RMA) as a Group Senior Training Co-ordinator, she was responsible for ensuring the organisation’s training and skills development operations were aligned and compliant with the standards required by the South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA) as well as the respective SETAs. She has conducted job evaluation for reputable companies in the mining and finance sector, and is well vested on a variety of topics. Her tenacity has seen her grow and having impressive experience in human resource management, training and development field, as well as general management. She started Zora Incorporated in 2013 and handed over the reins to Kgomotso, Katlego and Kamogelo in 2014.
